How do I restore my system if I don't like the changes?
Prospira Optimization App / Free Utility: Both give you the option to create a system restore point before applying changes.
Manual Optimization (PC Optimization): This service does not create a restore point. Reverting to default settings requires reinstalling Windows.
What are the requirements for manual optimization?
Before we begin the manual service (Prospira PC Optimization), you are required to have:
- A Laptop or PC.
- A stable internet connection.
You are also required to:
- Back up all your important files.
- Format your system drive and perform a clean installation of Windows 11 (23H2 or 24H2).
If you cannot do this yourself, we can handle it for you or assist via a Discord support ticket.
How long does the optimization take?
Prospira Optimization App / Free Utility: You can start optimizing your computer immediately after installation or launch.
Manual Optimization: The process typically takes 1 to 2 hours, depending on the package and your system state.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards directly through our website.
We also accept Cryptocurrency and BLIK; to pay with these methods, open a support ticket on Discord (they are not available directly on the site).
Do you offer refunds?
