This Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Prospira Tweaks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchase of digital products and services offered on the website https://prospiratweaks.com. By using the website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its services.

1. Definitions

• Website / Service – the prospiratweaks.com site and all its functionalities.
• Digital Products / Applications – software or tweak packs delivered digitally under a user license.
• Manual Services / Sessions – optimization sessions provided on request, scheduled individually via our calendar.
• User / Customer – anyone using the website and/or purchasing products or services.

2. User Accounts

• To access certain features or make purchases, you may need to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Orders and Payments

• Purchases are made through the website or, in exceptional cases, via Discord for scheduled sessions.
• Payments are currently accepted via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through the payment provider.
• Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase (download link or license), while manual sessions are scheduled individually.

4. No Refunds

• Digital products are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• For manual sessions, refunds are only possible after prior contact with us and only if the session did not take place due to our fault.
• By accepting these Terms, you explicitly agree to no refunds for digital products.

5. License and User Obligations

Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the product
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or algorithms
• Modifying, cracking, or bypassing license restrictions

Breach of these rules may result in immediate license termination and permanent removal from the customer Discord.

6. User Conduct

• You agree to use the website and products responsibly.
• Harassment, abuse of support, or attempts to compromise our services will result in account suspension or banning.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect personal information such as name, email, payment details, IP address, browser data, and Discord ID to provide services, process purchases, and improve the user experience.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Polish law.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
• Products may be purchased worldwide, but Polish law applies to the contractual relationship.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or products after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
